Screen mirror and play a different app on Apple TV

Is there a way where I can play an app through Apple TV and screen mirror my iPhone from another app to play on the TV at the same time?

I’m trying to play Spotify through my Apple TV and then run Zwift and screen mirror it to the TV. When I try to screen mirror Zwift, the music stops. Not sure if there is a work around.

iOS 16 AirPlay isn’t working with HBO, and Disney app Hi, I’m experiencing issues with AirPlay from iPhone SE 3rd to Apple TV 3rd. YouTube works fine, screen mirroring too. What is not working is streaming to HBO MAX and Disney. Application seems to see Apple TV but simply when you start anything it gives error. Its must be related to this update because on other phones with iOS 15.7 everything works fine. Is this known bug ? Do you have same problem ?
