I'm try to buy a iPad Air 4 and I have 800$ so when I go to the apple website it over my budget and after I go to Walmart it only cost me 700 and it did not say it a refurbish product so is its a scam or real if not than I would buy it from Walmart,PLZ tell me I very appreciate the help thanks
Walmart would not still be in business if they were scammers. However, they will sell previous models at a discount.
My kids bought an Apple TV for me a few yeas ago from them. It turned out to be a previous version with fewer features than the model that would have been current. That was not a scam because Walmart has to clear out old stock and my kids did not research Apple TVs before shopping so did not know what was current and what was not.
I have seen similar "previous model" complaints here about WM but, again, that was something a little pre-purchase research could have prevented. If the price is tht heavily discounted, I suspicious that it is a previous version.
I've seen too many issues with Apple products bought from non-Apple outlets to recommend anything other than buying directly from Apple.
