Subaru Impreza 2017 CarPlay

Does everyone have road noise that is complained about constantly? Is the speaker faulty? What if anything is a fix?

Carplay distorted audio near home I have had this issue using carplay in three different vehicles wireless and USB. When I am using carplay to play any audio and I get within a certain radius of my house the audio pauses for a split second and the quality becomes absolutely terrible. Pausing and playing will fix it but i have no clue what is causing it. I have the same problem when I leave my house as well, same radius. Could it be something location related? I have tried all the options people have given with similar issues about quality but to no avail

Voice distortion on car play Hello Community, I just had an Alpine iLX-F259 installed in my car and in regards to apple CarPlay everything is working normally except when making and receiving phone calls. When making calls the person i'm speaking with sounds really deep and slowed down; while to them I sound extremely high pitched. I'm using the only USB port in my car and using a standard apple usb to lightning cable. Also when making calls through the bluetooth of the Alpine calls sounds fine. So, it's been isolated to carplay. Anyone else experience this issue or have a fix? Any info would be EXTREMELY helpful. Thanks!
