heartbeat presentation data incorrect

Does apple have a presentation problem with heart data after exercise?

If we look at the screenshot, my heartbeat went from 166 to 115 which is a drop of around 50 beats (51 beats actually) in 3 minutes. This is not the same as 50 beats in per minute as apple is saying on the attached image .
