Heart Rate/Cardio Recovery
Heart Rate/Cardio Recovery is not showing data after a workout on watch, workout app or health app. Anyone else having this issue? I’m on WatchOS9 and IOS16.

Is there still no feedback from apple concerning the issue „no data for cardio-recovery“?
Can’t believe that apple still has no answer for this!!!!!

Everything except for Cardio Recovery is being logged. I am on an Ultra on watchOS 9.1. PReviously I was on a Series 4.
Exact same issue for me.
everything else is working, VO2 max, even cardio recovery is showing within specific workouts. But it’s not showing in health summary trends.
very strange. Please share if someone knows a solution or how to change data source. Basically since I changed my watch the new watch isn’t showing as a data source for this data point.
Yes, I used the green watch workout app. It had worked normally logging/reporting Cardio Recovery till few days ago. I changed nothing, nor used any other workout app. Frustrating.
Fitness app shows other parameter like Cardi Fitness. Only data missing: Cardio Recovery. I never used third party fitness app.
I hoped recent watch iOS update would solve this issue. It did not, Still no log/report of Cardio Recovery. All other parameter get logged/reported during/after workout. Turing AirPlain mode on, blue tooth off for 20 minutes, then restarting iPhone work only 1 time. You have to do it before each workout. Not practical
what did you use to record the workout? The green workout app on the watch or something else? I have found that only Apple's own workout handles this. and some of the metrics are only applicable for running or walking, not cycling or other exercises, even in their own app.
yeah, that's annoying. does the Fitness app show anything? I have found that the Health and Fitness apps don't always communicate will, especially not with 3rd party apps. I often have to force quit them and reload them to get the data to show up.
I just got this to work…turns out HRR doesn't get captured/logged outside the Apple fitness app. Other apps like Zwift can log exercise, workouts, heart rate but the actual green fitness app on the watch is the one that logs HRR and will do useful things like log time spent in heart rate zones. I have not seen that for other workouts initiated/recorded by other apps. Seems like Apple can do a better job integrating that.
