SOS on Apple Watch

Thanks - ive seen this - it looks like that the default is for the watch to call the Emergency Services.

For a Dementia Sufferer their emergency may not need outside services but just the assistance of a designated relative.

we were considering buying one of these watches but its a shame that they cannot be adapted for Dementia Sufferers.
