How can I make a purchased song a ringtone?

So I have some songs which I purchased and I was wondering how I’d go about to make them a tone or a ringtone on my phone with the purchased songs?

my purchased songs does not show in ringtone I want to use a song as a ringtone. I selected "Download all purchased items", but only one song appears, which is not the one I want to use.
