Thanks for getting back to us and for verifying that information. Were you able to follow step three in the article we previously provided? Specifically, you'll want to check the App Store to see if there's an update available for WhatsApp. The latest version of WhatsApp is 2.21.30.

If WhatsApp is up to date, we encourage for you to follow step four in the article we provided by deleting the app and reinstalling it. Prior to performing that step, you'll want to back up your chat history through iCloud. Here's how: WhatsApp Help Center - How to back up to iCloud
