Panic Full - AppleT8015SPMIController [spmi1] - Iphone 11 Pro Max

Hello everyone. I have a iphone 11 pro max, it’s been 3 months since I bought it. My phone sometime restarted spontaneously when I did nothing specific like putting it in my pocket. For this reason, I decided to run a diagnostic test and find some problems. I looked at analytics data and saw some panic full errors. In the panic string there was AppleT8015SPMIController [spmi1]: Could not reset queue queue. What do you think is the source of the problem? Could it be software issue ? Can you help me ? I need all the help, thanks already for helps.
