My Minecraft hasn’t been loading

I’ve tried resetting everything but it still won’t load. I’m not sure what to do now, if you have any suggestions I’m willing to try them.

If it happens using that app only, I would contact Minecraft support team and ask them:--> https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us
