If running iOS 13 or earlier versions, check: Settings - Passwords & Accounts - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.

If running iOS 14, check: Settings - Calendar - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.

You’re quite welcome.

You may have missed the subscribed calendar when you first looked, or followed the instructions for the other versions of iOS.

Do note that the bogus calendar entries appears because you had been tricked into allowing some website to “Send Notifications”. Please be careful with those messages on websites.
