i cant get my iphone 6s to sync to my pc. it was working fine and just stopped. I can sync my photos from phone to pc, so i know it is connected, but i get the error message OxE800000A. I had just synced up a couple days ago and then this just started happening

Check for updates to Microsoft Windows and to Apple iTunes, and try again.
Failing that, reboot both the iPhone 6s and the Windows system. and try again.
Failing that, try a different USB to Lightning cable.
Failing that, disable anti-malware on Windows and reboot, and try again.
