My payment method is valid but it won't accept it and it will not allow me to update it

I go to settings and it says to update my payment method but it keeps telling me its invalid and Ive checked over and over but it won't take it now it says that the page can not be found, I tried removing the payment method and putting it back Ive also tried signing out and signing back in but nothing works.

Apple ID payment information - If your payment method is declined, or you have a billing issue with a previous purchase in the iTunes Store.    


Possible fixes.   Fix ‘Your Payment Method Was Declined’ Error In App Store

Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.


Try a restart.


Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch         


Try a forced restart.


Reset Device.      


If necessary


Hard reset.        


Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.


Restore to Factory setting.      


Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.
