Purchase not listed when asking for refund
Hi,
Please help me! I recently opted for a 30-day free trial on a photo app, but the app store charged me straight away and i went to cancel the subscription immediately but now i’m having trouble getting the refund.
I tried to report in on apple website, but it says that my purchase is not listed. I tried to go through the email method but there is also no “report a problem” link on the email. I simply cannot contact apple and it’s frustrating. Please help me asap :(
