Memoji

How do I delete my Memoji from my iPhone memory or cloud? I don’t see any trace of it on my phone but when I call only some people the large Memoji pops up as my photo ID.

To edit, duplicate, or delete a Memoji, tap , tap the Memoji, then tap .

Thank you. However, like I stated, I have no trace of the Memojis on my phone. They aren’t even set up. My child previously set one up and I have since deleted this. I have No idea where this is stored that it keeps popping up as my caller ID.
