M1 MacBook Air Dock Freeze

Does anyone know how to fix the issue where they close their Mac, then open it back up only to find that the dock is frozen and you are unable to click on anything? All that has worked for me so far is to either reboot or type a dock kill command script into terminal which resets all my presets. Please help!

Dock keeps freezing Hello Apple Community, I'm having an issue on my MacBook Pro(s) (14" M1 Pro, 2021): Sometimes when I move the cursor to the Dock the Dock freezes. After moving the cursor out of the Dock and in again the Dock is back to normal. I've had the same issue on my previous MacBook Pro (15" Retina, 2012) with mac OS Big Sur. Although I did not move my data from the old machine the problem is reoccurring. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Dock freezes OS 12.6.5 Now every time I boot up my dock is frozen I have to manually unfreeze in Terminal killall Dock EVERYTIME. How can I fix this without having to go into terminal????? Real pain

Kensington DockWorks process problem Hi, I have since the beginning with the M1 MacBook Pro the problem that a shutdown may hang. I get then the message that there was a problem. I assume that it is the DockWorks process but maybe I am wrong. Any ideas? I have re-installed the software from Kensington but that seems to be not helpful. Thank you in advance, Jogi
