My iPad is on iOS 9.3.5 and won’t update any further? How do I get it to upload the latest software? I’ve completely cleared the memory so there is storage.

If you’re getting the message that your software is up to date, that is because it is. If you have an iPad still stuck on iOS9 after all this time, you have a very old iPad that cannot run anything newer.
