Additional iCloud storage

I want to upgrade my iCloud Storage from the (free) 5GB amount to 50GB. My credit card payment has been granted and accepted but I still don't see any additional space.

How long will it take from the moment the payment has been accepted till I see the 50GB storage, is this minutes, hours or days?
Do I have to take any further actions?

If you do not see the upgrade try different ways --> https://support.apple.com/HT204247 --> See how much iCloud storage you're using
