Have paid monthly for icloud extra space but even though it shows that the payment is done on the icloud storage it is only showing 5 GB. What can I do after that

I have paid a monthly payment to extra space for icloud and it has being showing the extra space available but these two months it is not showing eventhough the payment has being done. What can I do for this?

Some people have fixed this by signing out of iCloud, restarting their device, and then logging back in. That hasn't worked for everyone.

If necessary contact iCloud Support.
