Google Search doesn’t work on my iPad

google search stopped working on my iPad. How can I fix it?


using iPad Pro 9.7 inch

Software version 14.4

If you're talking about Google app (not using Google as browser inside Safari), sometimes this workaround is helpful:

  • Close all your apps
  • Delete Google app
  • Restart your iPad
  • Redownload/reinstall Google app from App Store.

If the issue persists, contact Google support about that problem.

im actually talking about using Google search within Safari. It seems to be working now! It’s just that there is a delay in the response from Google, so that it allows me to enter a search term after touching the search area next to the magnifying glass icon and holding my finger down for about five seconds. So I guess it’s ok now, just slow. Thank you for your help!
