First of all I hope you're having a nice day even though I'm (as usual) an angry customer. "don't shoot the messenger" as they say. The thing is I get my credit card bill every month and there's always 3 CHF going to APPLE.COM/BILL ITUNES.COM and I have no flippin idea what this is about.

now that it's not that much, but the last time I connected to iTunes mammoths were still alive. It's like I never use any of those things but I'm still subscribed to it because there's no way not to be, and then suddenly they're taking money without asking. Can you please enlighten me about how to stop this?

Follow these steps to see what it is and address the issue:

If you see 'apple.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
