macOS Mojave App Store downloads don't start

could log in but only spinning wheels when trying to download or update an app.

Step 1

While running App Store go to Activity Monitor app and force kill appstoreagent process.

Starting download/update again everythig works as expected.

No cleaner tool or reboot needed. Amazing.
