Apple Mal Not showing directions

I have complained about this topic in 2017 and noticed that nothing has been done to resolve this.

I have now upgraded to an iPhone XS and still the same issue persists.

Apple maps don’t show directions in Nigeria.

Is it that we are not considered important?

I have done everything to make it work but the same story. Look at the screen shot.

Apple Maps Defaults to Transit Directions on iPhone I have checked the Apple Maps preferences/settings and "Driving" is the selected preference on my iPhone, iPad, and Mac. But on my iPhone Apple Maps always defaults to "Transit" directions, on the Mac and iPad it defaults to "Driving". Any ideas how to fix? I have a 12 Pro Max and I'm on iOS 16.0.
