Spam messages between

I’ve been receiving multiple spam messages and have recently got a few calls saying I’ve called numbers I have not today I get a message and sent me to this link, is this legit or is there a way I can fix this problem?

Every evening I’ve been getting calls stating that my Apple IP address has been compromised and asking that I talk with the Apple security In the evening I’ve been getting calls that are recorded stating that they are Apple security and that my IP address has been compromised and for me to push button wine or something odd to talk to someone about it. I feel this is a scam but these calls are coming in every 15 minutes even though I block the number the calls come in on a new number. Now it is early afternoon and they’ve already started calling me with these types of messages. How do I stop them. I have an Apple iPhone

All scams. Delete them.
