How do I free up storage. I don't have pictures or music on my watch

I have a series 3 Apple Watch. I don't have any music or pictures on my watch and I am out of storage, I've deleted all apps that I am able to delete. How can I free up storage?

Try this;

Unpair your Apple Watch via the Watch app on your iPhone.

Then Re-pair your Apple Watch again,this usually frees up

lots of storage space.And without any loss of data.
