Apple ID
Hello i took a iphone from my friend but the apple id is saved on an old phone number that isn't working right now. But i have to change the apple id or delete it to use the phone. What should i do?

The previous owner needs to log out of iCloud or go to https://www.icloud.com/find/ and erase the device, then remove it from their account. If they won't do that, the device is useless. Apple won't unlock it.
