Apple music country change

So I had clicked on a link to download a song from a artist. It switched to apple music and it said that I would have to change to the store to US in order to download the song. So I clicked accept thinking I could change back to the Dutch store if I want to. But I don’t know how to switch back. I tried to send a link from a playlist that could only be played in my country hoping that I would get the same option with changing store but that didn’t happen. I can’t listen anymore to most of my songs saying that my apple ID is only valid in the Dutch store. What should I do?
