How to follow up the repair status?

My computer has been being diagnosed since 2/10 and was expected to be completed on 2/12......

I am on the verge of being fired.


The computer is brand new and was bought in July 2020. It's the 2 nd time sending to repair center.


MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.2

Sorry, I am just a user like you, finding an excuse not to go outside and shovel snow on my front sidewalk. It seems because of the pandemic everything it taking longer, plus at least one of Apple's major centers in Texas is in the middle of a weather emergency. I guess if you need more information you'll need to call Apple.
