my home button doesn’t work anymore but that isn’t really the problem, the problem is that it’s not letting me get an app because it requires my thumbprint but my home button doesn’t work so is there a way i can do something that doesn’t require that

Settings, tap "Touch ID and Passcode", then turn off Touch ID next to iTunes & App Store.
