Screen Sharing

All of a sudden screen sharing has been turned on for my iMac. If I go into Preferences, it won't let me deselect Screen Sharing. How do I get it turned off?

iMac Line (2012 and Later)

Thank you for the help. I found where to turn it off, it wouldn't let me uncheck the box, it was not unchecking. What would cause that?
