If this doesn't work:

How to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

then maybe this one will:

If you see 'apple.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support

or go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

Finally (as a last resort) cancel the card.
