itunes language

I downloaded itunes for my pc and its really stupid that apple has laid the entire setup in Hindi language even I changed to English US, the whole set up took place in Hindi. I'm a south Indian and i dont have a clue on hindi and didnt understood a thing. apple must understand that entire india is not hindi. please put everything in english
