Privacy is protected by screen time pin, but it says that my pin is wrong

Using my Apple Watch, I can go to settings > privacy, but then it asks for my screen time pin. I put it in, but it won’t open the privacy settings (saying the pin is wrong). I’ve completely turned off screen time and it still won’t work. I’ve also tried resetting my screen time pin, but it still won’t work... help??
