How to connect with display with a closed lid and not plugged in? Hi I know if I plug my laptop in to charge while it's connected to my monitor it will work perfectly on my monitor, however, if I unplug it from the outlet it will turn off my MacBook. Now that my MacBook is charged fully at 100% it doesn't make sense to keep it charging, so I'd like to unplug it without it affecting anything. How can I do this?

Hi jijesh226,

If you're trying to use closed-lid mode with an external display, ensure that an external keyboard and mouse are also connected to your MacBook Air. Then close the lid (while the monitor is on and connected).
