Why Apple Watch noise monitor keep tracking when disabled?

Hello

yes, I know about https://support.apple.com/en-ca/guide/watch/apd00a43a9cb/watchos

Why Apple Watch keeps monitoring ambient noise and record data in health app even when it is disabled and no noise level complication used in any of watch faces?

It is shown as disabled in both Apple Watch settings app and also on iPhone Watch app.

thanks

On that page scroll down till you see Data Sources & Access>then Data Sources

Do you see your watch there?

Tap on that then delete all data

from your iPhone>Watch>Noise>Environmental Sound Measurements>toggle off

from your iPhone>Watch>Privacy>Headphone Audio Measurements>Measure levels>toggle off

from your iPhone>Watch>Privacy>Headphone Audio Measurements>Include Other Devices>toggle off

from your iPhone>Watch>Privacy>Environmental Sound Measurements>toggle off

from your iPhone>Settings>Privacy>Health>Headphone Audio Levels>Measure levels>toggle off

from your iPhone>Settings>Privacy>Health>Headphone Audio Levels>Include Other Headphones>toggle off
