Cellular update failed

I have connected phone to itunes and checked for an update. It says it’s the current version, (14.4). So what do I do now? Still no mobile data on my phone. The cellular update prompt is still appearing. What next?

Follow all the steps provided in this support guide:--> If you see an Update Failed or Apple Pay Not Available alert after iOS update or restart - Apple Support

If the issue still persists, contact Apple Support using the link in the last line of the above article.
