when i try to share a picture or document in for example Discord, slack or another program, i cant browse in between folder on finder, can only browse trough the file inside the folder that finder opens. and to fix that i have to shutdown my macbook pro for at least 10min and then its starts to work again. my question is why does this happen? is it hardware or software problem and how to solve it?

thanks for the reply. I just did the diagnostic test, and there were no problems found, and I reinstalled the mac os without erasing my data (which I did before and erasing my data, let see if it helps), now I just have to wait to see if it happens again, I`ll let you know.

sadly the problem is still there, I tried to share a picture through discord and I couldn't even navigate on finder, only close it with the ESC key. if you have any other idea for I solution I would be happy to try.
