  1. settings / screen time / content and privacy restrictions / allowed apps / CarPlay .... and its on but still not working ...

and then I went to:

settings / general / .....and there is no option of CarPlay (that usually is under Picture in Picture but in my case its not there..

Hello, Pablolimonnn.

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities. We understand that you’re attempting to use CarPlay with your vehicle, but you’re not having any luck getting it set up. This article may help:

Use CarPlay with your iPhone - Apple Support

In order for CarPlay to appear in Settings on your iPhone it will need to be connected to your car by either the Lightning to USB cable that came with your device or by Bluetooth if CarPlay is supported over Bluetooth in your vehicle.

If you don’t see the CarPlay option appear on the screen in your car or in Settings on your iPhone when you have it connected, follow the instructions here:

If you need help with CarPlay - Apple Support

Please let us know if you still need help after you confirm that your country and your car are compatible with CarPlay.

Warmest Regards.
