Apple Watch Won’t pair to my workout app

Hello… I just got an Apple Watch and cannot figure out for the life of me how to pair my beachbody on demand app on to my watch. I have it on my phone and I track my workouts there. It won’t show up on my watch. I have tried everything I can think of uninstall/reinstall on both phone and watch, restart both. It’s extremely frustrating. Please help
