Am trying to connect my Chinese smart watch

How do I pair a Chinese smart watch to my IPhone XMax? It is supposed to be compatible to IOS and android. The brand on the back is “Intelligent Sport Bracelet”. Have tried pairing it and am not able to do so!

iPhone XS Max, iOS 14

If the watch is capable of pairing with an iphone then it will have it's own software which will connect it to the phone,as an example an android smartwatch pairs to an iphone via it's WearOS app.
