simple kiosk

I want to use a Mac Mini as a kiosk video player. We are producing content in Quicktime .MOV files. The display will be a donated flat panel sony plasma TV. Will I be able to trigger files to play easily? We hope to use this in a not for profit community historical society that has no budget, We have one oral history almost complete and will be filming more soon so eventually multiple files to choose from. The Mac

Mini would be secured to the back of the display.

You have more confidence in your WiFi provider than me;) http://ecrisper.com/ is what I am looking at and securing the MacMini to the back of a 42” donated TV is what I am thinking. Running video on a loop but eventually a script for multiple videos. I will use WiFi to access MacMini remotely. The Histotical society uses PC’s so I do not want to store files in them. Also do not want the server at my house either... looking at BrightSign devices as well. I appreciate your input though! Thanks!
