So my new Apple Watch says it’s connected to a phone but I go on my phones settings and it’s not pores at all I’m trying to connect it to my new phone and just says make sure it’s not paired to another phone and I cant find on how to rest my watch .

Reboot the iPhone, and restart the Watch, and try again.
