I deleted my series 3 device from my phone so my aunt could pair it to her phone. And on the watch it’s says to go to iCloud and put in my password to reset the device but I can’t cause I deleted it. How can we get the watched paired to her phone?

To unpair and erase watch and remove Activation Lock.
On a computer, go to iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
Go to Find Iphone.
Select All Devices, then click your Apple Watch.
Click Erase Apple Watch.
Select Next until the device is erased.
Click the remove button next to your Apple Watch.
