Apple Watch

Okay so I brought my daughter a series 3 some time ago and she literally used it about a week so I thought I might aswell get some use out of it. Anyway I’ve gone to set it up to my iPhone but because it is currently connected to my daughters old broken iPhone that we can no longer access to turn off find my iPhone. I’m unable to access it threw the watch because she can’t remember her Apple ID or password for her old iCloud is there any other way I can gain access to the watch or is it basically it without the login details??
