Tibetan Wyllie source input - Keyboard

To explain a little bit this problem, I'm sharing with you the email sent to support.

Let me introduce myself, my religious name is Damchö R., I'm a buddhist monk of the Tibetan tradition.

This email is to request to your kind technical staff, to please enable the Tibetan Wyllie keyboard input source in iOs and IpadOs.

I'm surprised, because this feature was available in older iOs versions (for Ipad and Iphone) and it's no longer available on the newer iOs and IpadOs versions, we only have the QWERTY Tibetan keyboard in those devices (which is not very used for studies purposes)

This is very important not only for me, but for a large number of people around the world studying and doing many other activities using this language, moreover now that many studies are taking place online.

Please consider this petition since we have this feature available on MacOs, but we really need it at least on IpadOs too.
