I cannot use my imac camera

I have been using my camera without problems until today when I used the Omegle website. On that website I clicked an instruction to not allow access to my imac camera.

When I wanted to reverse that instruction & allow the Omegle website to use my camera there was no way on their website I could do that.

When I went to follow the Apple support instruction to enable the camera on my computer it said, go to system preferences>security & privacy>camera. BUT there is no word 'camera' anywhere and so I cannnot understand how I can enable or disable the camera. I use OS High Sierra.
