accidently erased contacts when deleting email mailbox. Would like to restore contacts from icloud backup...

contacts icon not showing in icloud ios Hi, i signed in my ipad to icloud and the contacts logo is not showing, so there is no way to see my contacts. When i open icloud in my pc the contacts icon is there and i can access my contacts. Thanks
