Not receiving emails

I ran out of iCloud storage and got a notification that my emails would not update ( curiously I was still receiving emails from amazon prime and amazon prime only.) until I cleared space or bought space. During this period I was sent a few important emails. I purchased more cloud space but still have not received those emails. How do I recover emails from this period?

Hey there BDQquez,

Let's team up to see what we can do to obtain those emails sent while your iCloud storage was full.

While this may not be possible due to the storage issue you were previously having, along with what was explained in the message you received, we have a few things for you to check:

To make sure you can now receive emails without any issues after upgrading your iCloud storage, please test sending yourself an email to your iCloud account.
If you set up iCloud Mail on another device other than the one you're using, we recommend checking if those emails show on that other device.
Another place to check would be from the iCloud website directly using a computer. Here's the link: iCloud
