Hi can anyone tell me how to address the issue of apps not downloading from the App Store?
I have tried every piece of advice from these forums, deleting caches etc.
I also did a full erase of my hard drive and reinstall of OSX.
When I click on an app download icon it just sits there spinning doing nothing.

My only solution at this time is to kill the "appstoreagent" in Activity Monitor after open the APP Store App. After this you can download Updates or new APPs.
You must do this after any System restart or sometimes after close the App Store APP.
I hope Apple fixe this bug quick.
