My iPhone X has two green lines down the left side of screen

iPhone X has green lines down the left side. Seems to working fine and switching it off didn’t fix it. Please help is there anything I can do to fix it.

If the screen isn’t working on your iPhone or iPad – Apple Support

If no help, have it checked:
